Corporación Tecnológica de Andalucía (CTA), member of the In Transit consortium, successfully hosted the joint In Transit Final Event & SCAIRA SME Service. The one-day event, branded INVEST2IMPACT, aimed to build crucial synergies between European projects, entrepreneurs, and investors.
The event gathered actors from the European innovation ecosystem, including entrepreneurs, institutions, and investors, focusing on sectors such as textile, aerospace, construction, advanced manufacturing, and technology.
Presenting Results and Connecting Start-ups
The initiative combined the final event of the In Transit project (funded by Horizon Europe), which has focused on transforming the textile industry toward more sustainable and technological models, with a key activity of the SCAIRA project (funded by Interreg Sudoe), which supports start-ups with innovative solutions.
Key activities included:
- Presentation of the most outstanding results and the best projects supported throughout the In Transit implementation.
- Visibility and pitching opportunities for the start-ups incubated by SCAIRA to potential investors.
The afternoon featured a specialised session on impact investment in Europe through an Investment Round Table, with the participation of experts from the sector, including representatives from AXON, EONIQ, Plug & Play, and Murcia-Ban.
The day concluded with a networking session aimed at fostering collaborations between beneficiaries of both projects and investment agents. The gathering was targeted at those seeking funding, investment opportunities, and collaborations in sustainable and scalable projects.
