Call for Expression of Interest: Pitch Your Project at the In Transit Final Event

The In Transit consortium is launching a Call for Expression of Interest to pitch innovative projects at the Final Event. As the project nears completion, the Final Event will be held on 23 October 2025 in Seville, Spain, bringing together stakeholders, investors, and supported SMEs to share outcomes and build future synergies.
This Call for Expression of Interest is exclusively addressed to projects funded under the First and Second In Transit DEVELOP Calls. Selected projects will be invited to present a live pitch during the Final Event’s dedicated session showcasing the “Best In Transit Projects”.
This is a unique opportunity to:

- Gain visibility in front of stakeholders and investors
- Connect with SCAIRA startups and business angels
- Foster future scale-up and cross-sectoral opportunities
Submission of the application entails a firm commitment to participate in the final event in person. All costs related to attending the event will be financed by the participating SME.
How to apply?
Applicants must submit a short video pitch (max. 3 minutes in English) in which they clearly present their project goal, the results, the explotation strategy and the future vision.
The video must be uploaded to calls.intransitproject.eu starting from 1st July 2025. The submission is open until 30th August 2025 at 15:00 CEST.
The In Transit consortium will thoroughly review the pitches and, following the evaluation criteria, will notify the results in September 2025.
